What is the best exercise for weight loss?

Any exercise that brings your heart rate up is great for weight loss. Workouts such as HIIT, circuit training, boxing and boot camps are ideal. It’s also important to incorporate toning exercises whenever you experience fast weight loss to really achieve the look you desire. Yoga and pilates are great low intensity options for toning.

How many days a week should I be training?

It all depends on the individual and whether they are a beginner or have been training their whole life. An optimal amount of exercise per week would be 3-5 sessions, with 2 days of rest. This should be a mix of high and low intensity workouts – but rest days are important too! On those rest days, walking and moving is still important, but muscle recovery really will help your results. Rest days also help build strength, endurance and muscle. Always remember to listen to your body, if you don’t feel well one day, don’t force yourself to workout because it may do more harm than good.

Is it better to work out in the morning or evening?

When you decide to workout is ultimately up to you, whether you’re a morning or evening person. However, there are many benefits for both morning and evening workouts.
