Kale’s impressive concentration of nutrients strengthens the immune system and fights viruses and bacteria. Kiwi is high in vitamin C, this of course is always a bonus at this time of year. Kale and Spinach are rich in Iron, this valuable mineral is for ideal vegetarians. It helps more oxygen get to your blood and greatly helps those who are anemic.
With the addition of fiber rich banana, you’ll be guaranteed to feel fuller for longer.
½ cup Spinach
½ cup Kale
¼ cup Greek yogurt or Coconut milk yogurt or any dairy free alternative.
1 chunk Cucumber
½ stalk Celery
A squeeze of lime (optional)
Blend until smooth.
If using a Nutrabullet fill water to max line.
