Stretch Marks

There are a lot of things that make a woman feel less perfect, which is why supplementing with beauty products like SK II became a thing. Aside from having acne, blackheads and uneven skin color, people are conscious about their stretch marks. These are long, narrow, streaks or stripes that develop when our skin is stretched too quickly. Some of the common causes of stretch marks are due to sudden weight gain, puberty, or pregnancy. Nearly every person has stretch marks.

Anyone can get stretch marks, and this often happens more to women than men, appearing on several parts of the body like our stomach, thighs, hips, chest, and buttocks. While stretch marks are not physically harmful, they can take a toll on many of us who may suffer from self-esteem and anxiety issues. To keep our skin looking firm and smooth, here are some natural home remedies that can help lessen the appearance of stretch marks:

-1 teaspoon Olive Oil

-Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed from 1 whole lemon)

Directions:

In a small container, mix sugar, olive oil, and lemon juice to make a paste. Apply on stretch marks and gently rub in small circles for ten minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water afterwards.
