The Perfect Salsa
Serves 4 Ready in: 15 minutes
1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped (include the seeds if you like the heat)
1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 small bunch fresh coriander, chopped
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Simply mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a serving bowl to serve.
