With the current weather throwing curve balls left, right and centre it can play havoc with a girl’s wardrobe!! I plan my outfit the night before as it saves me time in the morning so flexible items are a must. My current transitional favourites to help combat this are skirts whether it is lace, maxi, midi or sheer. With a slouchy jumper or a Breton stripe t-shirt. Teamed with a ladylike heel or go edgier with an ankle boot or trainer. It’s an item that can take you from season to season. Here are a few of my fave looks at the moment.

Loving this look from Yasmin Sewell.
Try adding a biker leather or a varsity jacket!
Now I realise not all these looks will work on all shapes but alternatives are always possible. If your legs don’t suit a midi? Go for maxi.
A waist girl?
Clinch it in at the waist with a belt over the jumper (fine knits often work best for this in my opinion) or team with a fitted blazer.
A great alternative are the culottes.

Love Donna Wallace working it with the good old Stan Smiths.
